RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?

Only items that have been purchased from this website can be returned according to the following policy?

Every garment is satisfaction guaranteed or you may return it for a return of the item price, excluding shipping and handling.

Customers will be responsible for all returning shipping cost unless the garment(s) received was damaged.

All returns to Dolo Clothing Co. must be returned within 10 days of receipt of product.

Any returns received after 10 days of reciept of products will not be refunded or exchanged.

All returns must be in sale able condition, (unworn) and must include its original plastic packaging with tags attached to the garment.

A copy of original receipt must accompany the sold merchandise.

All return, exchange and or credit requests are at the final discretion of Dolo Clothing Co.

Please give 20 days to be refunded if the circumstances deemed appropriate.

We at Dolo Clothing Co. guarantee customer satisfaction with quality, comfort and style.

Once products are purchased please allow 7 to 10 days for shipping, even with the selected shipping processed chosen prior to checking out.  At times, restock is being done so we inserted a few more day for emergencies. We will send a courtesy email in times of restocking if its over 10 days.
